These terms apply when you enquire about, book or purchase a Remedy Studio consultation. By confirming a booking or paying the applicable fee, you agree to these terms.

The service page at the time of booking forms part of these terms. If a written quote expressly changes a service scope, the written quote will apply for that booking.
2. How booking works
- Personal Consultation and Name Guidance may begin through the service-specific WhatsApp booking link on the website.
- A booking is treated as confirmed only after Remedy Studio confirms the service, receives the required information and receives any payment required for the booking.
- For Residential Vastu Remedy Consultation, we may first confirm the property size, information required and final fee before accepting the booking.
- Please provide complete and accurate information. Turnaround begins only after the required inputs have been received in usable form.
3. Your responsibility for information
Our guidance depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for checking names, dates, times, spellings, property dimensions, directions, layouts and other submitted details before we begin. If incomplete or materially incorrect information requires substantial re-analysis, we may need additional time and may charge a reasonable additional fee after discussing it with you.
4. Turnaround and calls
Turnaround estimates are service commitments we aim to meet after complete inputs are received. They may be extended where we are waiting for clarification, where the scope changes, or due to events reasonably outside our control. If a material delay occurs, we will communicate with you.
Explanation/Q&A calls are intended to explain the delivered guidance. Please attend at the mutually agreed time. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new slot subject to availability.
5. Cancellations and refunds for consultations
Because consultation work is personalised, refund eligibility depends on whether substantive analysis has begun.
- If you ask to cancel before we have begun substantive analysis, contact us promptly. Where a refund is approved, payment-gateway or bank charges that are not recoverable may be deducted, subject to applicable law.
- Once substantive personalised analysis has begun, consultation fees are generally non-refundable because time and professional work have already been committed.
- If Remedy Studio is unable to provide a confirmed consultation for reasons attributable to us, we will offer an appropriate reschedule or refund.
- Nothing in this section removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
6. Physical remedies and products
A consultation fee covers the consultation scope described above. Physical products or remedies recommended during a consultation are not included in the consultation fee unless expressly stated in writing. If you later purchase a physical item from Remedy Studio, the Returns & Defect Policy applies to that item.

7. Nature and limits of the guidance
Remedy Studio provides personal guidance and complementary/wellbeing-oriented recommendations based on the information supplied. Our consultations do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental-health conditions and do not replace advice from a qualified doctor, mental-health professional, lawyer, financial adviser, architect, structural engineer or other licensed professional.
Vastu guidance is not architectural or structural certification. Do not make unsafe, unlawful or structural changes based only on a consultation. Name Guidance does not guarantee personal, professional, financial or business outcomes.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
We aim to provide thoughtful, clear and practical guidance, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee a particular result, event, relationship, financial outcome, health outcome or life change.
9. Respectful use and communications
We may decline or stop a service if communications become abusive, unlawful, fraudulent or unsafe. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and address any unused paid service fairly, subject to applicable law.
10. Intellectual property and personal use
Reports, written guidance and materials created by Remedy Studio are provided for your personal use unless we agree otherwise. You may keep and share them privately with relevant family or professional advisers, but you may not commercially reproduce, resell, publish or present them as your own work without written permission.
11. Privacy
Personal information submitted for a consultation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes, disputes and applicable law
The version of these terms in effect when your booking is confirmed applies to that booking unless we both agree otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first if something has gone wrong so we can try to resolve it reasonably. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, and nothing in them restricts non-waivable consumer rights or access to a competent consumer forum or court.
