1. Our general return position

Because many Remedy Studio items are natural, personal-use or specially selected remedy products, we do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind, no longer want the item, prefer a different natural appearance, or ordered the wrong item. This is subject to any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. When we will review a claim

Please contact us if you receive:

  • an item different from the item ordered;
  • a product that is materially damaged in transit;
  • a product with a genuine manufacturing/functional defect; or
  • a materially incomplete order or missing item.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery where reasonably possible so we can investigate while packaging and courier information are still available. A delay does not remove any statutory right that cannot lawfully be limited.

3. Evidence we may request

To protect customers and reduce incorrect or fraudulent claims, we may ask for reasonable evidence, such as:

  • order/invoice number and the name/phone number used for the order;
  • clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and item received;
  • photographs or a short video showing the defect/damage; and
  • an unboxing video where one is reasonably available, especially for damage, missing-item or wrong-item claims.

An unboxing video is helpful evidence but will not be used to deny a legitimate claim where other reliable evidence establishes the issue and applicable law provides a remedy.

4. Natural variation is not automatically a defect

Crystals, stones, Rudraksha and other natural materials can vary in colour, shade, pattern, inclusions, surface texture, shape, size and appearance. Reasonable natural variation is part of the product and is not by itself a defect. Product photographs are representative unless a specific unique item is expressly identified.

5. Items generally not eligible for return/exchange

  • items used, worn, altered, resized, damaged after delivery or not kept in reasonable condition;
  • opened consumable, aromatic or hygiene-sensitive products where the issue is preference rather than defect/wrong item;
  • customised, personalised or specially sourced items, unless they are defective or not what was agreed;
  • issues caused by misuse, improper storage, accidents, exposure to unsuitable conditions or failure to follow reasonable usage guidance; and
  • minor natural variations that do not materially affect the identity or intended use of the product.

6. What happens after a valid claim

After reviewing the available information, we may ask you to return the item or may be able to resolve the matter from the evidence provided. For an accepted wrong-item, damaged-item or genuine-defect claim, the appropriate remedy may be replacement, repair where relevant, store correction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Where we require return of an item because we supplied the wrong item or accept that it arrived defective/damaged, Remedy Studio will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.

7. Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount. If the original method cannot reasonably be used, we will agree an appropriate alternative.

8. Order cancellation before dispatch

If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed, packed, specially sourced or handed to the courier, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the cancellation. Once dispatched, the no-change-of-mind return position above generally applies.

9. Practitioner Programme shipping

For Practitioner Programme orders, there is no minimum order quantity or minimum order value. Standard shipping is ₹99 below ₹1,500 NMV and free at ₹1,500 NMV or above. NMV means merchandise value after the applicable practitioner discount and approved product-level adjustments, excluding shipping, membership fees and GST.

10. Products recommended during consultations

A recommendation made during a consultation does not make a later physical-product purchase automatically returnable if you change your mind or do not experience a particular outcome. No specific personal, wellbeing or life outcome is guaranteed by a physical remedy. Genuine defect/wrong-item rights remain unaffected.

11. Consumer rights

This policy is intended to explain our operational process, not to remove any right or remedy available under applicable Indian consumer law. If a provision of this policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, the applicable law will prevail.
