What counts as Net Merchandise Value (NMV)?
Net Merchandise Value (NMV) is the merchandise value after the applicable practitioner discount and approved product-level adjustments, excluding shipping, membership fees and GST. Additional Remedy Support fees do not count toward NMV.
All tier and shipping thresholds use NMV—not MRP.

Each case covers one client, one primary concern and one remedy decision. We independently review the case and normally respond within 2 business days after complete submission.
One reasonable clarification on the same case may be included; a different primary concern is a new case. Submit cases after membership activation, not through the membership application.
